Abstract: У артыкуле аўтар акцэнтуе ўвагу на працэсах трансфармацыі інфармацыі і інфармацыйных патокаў у сучасным свеце, а таксама іх ролі ў ажыццяўленні маніпуляваннем свядомасцю асобы і грамадства. Аўтарскі погляд на дадзеную праблему мяркуе акцэнтуацыю на арганізацыйна-прававых аспектах інфармацыйнага склада бяспечнай экзістэнцыі асобы ў сучасным грамадстве, актуалізуючы інфармацыйнае проціборства, раскрываючы асаблівасці мэтанакіраванага выкарыстання латэнтнымі сіламі інфармацыі ў кіберпрасторы для правядзення дэструктыўнай прапаганды, а таксама выкарыстання інфармацыйных рэсурсаў у якасці сродку арганізацыі масавых мерапрыемстваў, у тым ліку і супрацьпраўных. У сувязі з гэтым неабходна ўлічваць той факт, што інфармацыйнае грамадства характарызуецца складанымі працэсамі, у тым лику звязанымі з дамінаваннем працэсаў матэрыялізацыі духоўных каштоўнасцей. У такім выпадку непазбежна назіраецца трансфармацыя грамадскай свядомасці і, як следства, высокая ступень ўздзеяння дэструктыўнай прапаганды на асобу, як вынік, непрадказальнасць індывідуальных і масавых рэакцый на дэзінфармацыю, дэструктыўныя інфармацыйныя ўздзеяння афіцыйных сродкаў масавай інфармацыі і інтэрнэту. Description: The author focuses on the processes of transformation of information and information flows in the modern world, as well as their role in the implementation of manipulation of consciousness of the individual and society. Author's opinion on this issue, believes accentuation to focus on organizational and legal aspects of information storage safe existence of the individual in modern society, actualizing information сonfrontation, revealing the features of purposeful use of the latent powers of information in cyberspace for the destructive propaganda, as well as the use of information resources as a means of organization of mass events, including illegal. Abstract: Статья на основе архивных документов освещает события, предшествующие советско-финскому вооруженному конфликту 1939-1940 гг. Авторы обосновывают свою версию событий, связанных со вступлением СССР в войну с Финляндией, опираясь на источники, не вовлечённые ранее в научный оборот. Предвоенная история и история Второй мировой войны является основным предметом информационного противоборства в сфере исторического сознания, которое имеет своей целью пересмотр итогов Второй мировой войны. Description: The article is based on the archive documents and covers the events that were the previous to Soviet-Finnish conflict in 1939-1940. The authors justify their version of those events connected with the joining of the USSR to a war with Finland. They rely on the sources which were not involved yet. Prewar history and history of the Second World War are the main objects of information confrontation in the sphere of historical consciousness. This confrontation has the only goal to rewrite the results of the Second World War.
