Abstract: В данной статье рассматриваются современные тенденции и проблематика существования и развития молодежного туризма на территории Республики Беларусь. Выявлены факторы, которые препятствуют совершению поездок молодым населением. Рассмотрены основные проблемы и разработаны рекомендации, которые при комплексном использовании помогут сдвинуть молодежный туризм с точки его застоя. Description: Current trends and the issue of existence and development of youth tourism on the territory of the Republic of Belarus are discussed in this article. The factors that impede travel among young people are identified, the main problems are considered and the recommendations are developed. Using these recommendations in complex will help to move youth tourism from the point of stagnation.

Abstract: Поскольку современное состояние развития туристической индустрии в Украине учеными определяется как нестабильное и неустойчивое, проблемы развития туризма приобретают большую остроту и актуальность и обращают на себя внимание все более широкого круга исследователей. В научной литературе на сегодня существует такое мнение, что эффективным инструментом достижения целей устойчивого развития туристической отрасли являются кластеры, которые могут включать предприятия транспорта, связи, питания, легкой промышленности и другие, которые во взаимосвязи и взаимодействии могут дать хороший результат. В научной статье проведено теоретическое исследование научных подходов к определению содержания понятия «кластер» и детерминант кластеризации экономики. Указаны особенности, предпосылки и подходы к кластеризации туристической индустрии, показаны преимущества создания кластеров в отрасли туризма, предоставлено собственное сформированное понятие туристического кластера, выделены основные составляющие процесса кластеризации туристической индустрии с указанием показателей, а также определены проблемы внедрения кластерной политики в Украине. Description: Since the current state of development of the tourism industry in Ukraine scientists define as unstable and unstable, the problems of sustainable development of tourism are becoming increasingly acute and relevant and attract the attention of a wider range of researchers. In the scientific literature today there is an opinion that an effective tool for achieving the goals of sustainable development of the tourism industry are clusters, which may include enterprises of transport, communications, food, light industry and others, which in the relationship and interaction can give a good result for the industry. In the scientific article, a theoretical study of scientific approaches to definition of the notion "cluster", of the determinants of clustering of the economy, specifying the characteristics, prerequisites and approaches to the clustering of the tourism industry, identifies the benefits of clustering in the tourism industry, to provide your own formed the concept of the tourism cluster, highlighting the main components of the clustering process of the tourism industry including milestones, and identify problems of implementation of cluster policy in Ukraine.
