Abstract: Цель – развитие теоретико-методологических основ по формированию взаимодействия в рамках интегрированных структур агропродовольственной сферы. Материалы и методы. Теоретической основой для исследований послужили труды отечественных и зарубежных авторов по вопросам развития кооперативно-интеграционных отношений в АПК. Информационной базой для исследований являлись нормативные и правовые акты Республики Беларусь, данные Национального статистического комитета Республики Беларусь, применены системный подход, абстрактно-логический, сравнительного анализа, монографический и расчетно-конструктивный методы. Результаты. В статье получили развитие теоретико-методологические основы формирования взаимодействия в рамках интеграционных структур агропродовольственной сферы, в частности выполнена систематизация существующих подходов по оценке эффективности экономического взаимодействия в интегрированных структурах в работах различных авторов, установлены основные направления развития отечественного АПК. В данном исследовании представлен анализ методических подходов по формированию эффективных интеграционных взаимоотношений. Заключение. Выявлены и обоснованы основные факторы, обеспечивающие эффективное взаимодействие субъектов интеграции, разработаны научно-обоснованные предложения совершенствования интеграционных взаимоотношений в АПК. Description: The aim of research is to development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of interaction within the integrated structures of the agrifood sector. Materials and methods: The theoretical basis for the research was the works of domestic and foreign authors on the development of cooperative-integration relations in the agro-industrial complex. The information base for the research was the normative and legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, the data of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, a systematic approach, abstract-logical, comparative analysis, monographic and computational-constructive methods were applied. Results. In the article, the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of interaction within the framework of the integration structures of the agri-food sector were developed, in particular, the existing approaches to assessing the effectiveness of economic interaction in integrated structures were systematized in the works of various authors, the main directions of development of the domestic agro-industrial complex were established. This study presents an analysis of methodological approaches to the formation of effective integration relationships. Conclusions. The main factors ensuring the effective interaction of the subjects of integration have been identified and substantiated, scientifically grounded proposals for improving the integration relations in the agro-industrial complex have been developed. Abstract: Настоящая статья посвящена идентификации региональных кластеров на основе синтеза экономических и экономико-географических подходов. Проблема идентификации региональных кластеров с учетом пространственного фактора слабо изучена в современных экономических исследованиях, нерешенной задачей является проблема изменяемости единиц площади кластерных структур. Выявление методических ограничений различных подходов к идентификации региональных кластеров позволило выстроить алгоритм применения данных методов с минимизацией данных ограничений. Использование методики MAUP при идентификации промышленной концентрации и агломерировании промышленности позволяет определить уникальный порог кластеризации с учетом уровня агрегирования территорий. В статье предложена классификация методов идентификации региональных кластеров с учетом пространственного фактора MAUP. Предлагаемая экономико-географическая методика идентификации региональных кластеров включает факторный анализ промышленности в отраслевом разрезе. Рассматривается интерпретация результатов анализа национального, регионального и отраслевого факторов в изменения значений переменных. Автором предлагается типология отраслей по соотношению показателей RS и IM и алгоритм построения карты кластерных компонентов. В тексте дается характеристика разработанного автором метода оценки пространственной кластеризации и определения уникального порога кластеризации для разных уровней агрегирования территорий, который позволяет определить географические границы кластеров. Description: This article is devoted to the identification of regional clusters based on the syn-thesis of economic and economic-geographical approaches. The problem of identifying regional clusters, taking into account the spatial factor, has been poorly studied in modern economic research; an unsolved problem is the problem of the variability of the units of the area of cluster structures. Revealing the methodological limitations of various approaches to the identification of regional clusters made it possible to build an algorithm for applying these methods with minimizing these limitations. The use of the MAUP methodology in identifying industrial concentration and agglomeration of industry makes it possible to determine a unique clustering threshold, taking into account the level of aggregation of territories. The article proposes a classification of methods for identifying regional clusters, taking into account the spatial factor MAUP. The proposed economic-geographical method for identifying regional clusters includes factor analysis of industry in the sectoral context. The interpretation of the results of the analysis of national, regional and sectoral factors in changes in the values of variables is considered. The author proposes a typology of industries based on the ratio of RS and IM indicators and an algorithm for constructing a map of cluster components. The text describes the method developed by the author for assessing spatial clustering and determining a unique clustering threshold for different levels of aggregation of territories, which allows us to determine the geographical boundaries of clusters.
