| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются современные правовые нормы, регулирующие механизм введения режима чрезвычайного положения. Особое внимание акцентируется на основаниях введения режима чрезвычайного положения, возникающих правовых ограничениях прав и свобод граждан в условиях данного правового режима. The article discusses the modern legal regulations governing the mechanism of the introduction of the state of emergency. Special attention is focused on the grounds for introducing a state of emergency, arising legal restrictions on the rights and freedoms of citizens in the conditions of this legal regime. |
