Земля как элемент национального богатства

Abstract

В настоящее время земля, представляющая собой величайшее богатство нации, не включается в состав показателя национального богатства Республики Беларусь. В статье выполнена оценка структуры национального богатства Республики Беларусь (природный, произведенный, человеческий капитал) и оценена доля земель сельскохозяйственного и несельскохозяйственного назначения в структуре национального богатства страны.

Land presents great wealth of the nation. However, currently it is not included in the structure of factors of the national wealth of the Republic of Belarus. In the article the appraisal of the structure of the national wealth of the Republic of Belarus (natural, produced, human capital) is carried out, and the share of lands of agricultural and non-agricultural designation in the structure of the national wealth of the country is estimated, which is done on the basis of research of the structure of the national wealth of di f-ferent countries of the world carried out by specialists of the World Bank, and on the revealed dependence of the relation per head between the GNP volume and the volume of the national wealth.
