Роль сімейного лікаря в первинній профілактиці серцево-судинних захворювань

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам первичной профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и роли семейного врача в этом процессе. С позиции квалификационной характеристики семейного врача и его профессиональных компетенций рассмотрены ключевые моменты профилактической работы врача в семье в целом и непосредственно с индивидом. Показаны возможности семейной медицины в первичной профилактике кардио-васкулярной патологии, ее преимущества в данной работе перед другими медицинскими специальностями. Доказана ведущая роль семейного врача в превенции патологии сердца и сосудов. Отмечено, что государственная поддержка первичного уровня медицинской помощи будет способствовать успеху профилактических мероприятий в отношении сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.

The article is devoted to the problems of primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases and the role of the family doctor in this process. The key points of the preventive work of the doctor in the family as a whole and directly with the individual are considered from the point of view of the qualification characteristics of the family doctor and his professional competencies. The possibilities of family medicine in the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease, its advantages in this work over other medical specialties are shown. The leading role of the family doctor in the prevention of pathology of the heart and blood vessels is proven. It was noted that government support for the primary level of care would contribute to the success of preventive interventions for cardiovascular diseases.
