dc.descriptionThe article discusses the intensification of the Belarus Republic's ongoing modernization process, with a particular focus on its small innovative enterprises (InEs). It says the success of transitioning to an InE normally depends on the formation of partnerships between material stakeholders as well as those having scientific knowledge. Success, according to the paper, depends on the maximum efforts of the individual participants in the enterprise, plus the coherence and consistency of their actions for achieving a better outcome. In сonclusion, the review suggests that small InEs in the innovative process should play a sort of connective role with other elements of the national innovation system including science, government and large businesses.en
dc.description.abstractВ статье рассмотрены вопросы интенсификации процесса модернизации экономики Республики Беларусь путем вовлечения в него малых инновационных предприятий. На основе исследования автор приходит к выводу, что в инновационных процессах малое инновационное предпринимательство начинает играть роль своеобразной соединительной ткани между всеми элементами национальной инновационной системы: наукой, государством и крупным бизнесом. При этом успех перехода к инновационной экономике зависит от становления партнерских взаимоотношений между названными участниками процесса материализации научного знания, от слаженности и согласованности их действий в достижении совместного конечного результата.ru
