Abstract: В статье приведены основные атрибуты, по которым рынки выделяются в самостоятельные структуры, рассмотрены основные экспортеры (Индия, Бразилия, США, Австралия, Новая Зеландия и др.) и импортеры (Китай, США, Гонконг, Италия, Нидерланды и др.) говядины в мире за 2012-2016 гг. в свежем и в замороженном виде. Выявлены основные направления развития рынка говядины, произведена оценка торговли говядиной Республикой Беларусь, рассчитано сальдо внешней торговли. Определены факторы, которые в перспективе будут влиять на спрос белорусских потребителей на мясную продукцию.
Description: The article shows the main attributes by which markets are allocated to independent structures, the main exporters (India, Brazil, USA, Australia, New Zealand, etc.) and importers (China, USA, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, etc.) are considered beef in World for 2012-2016 years in fresh and frozen form. The 97 main trends in the development of the beef market have been identified, the trade in beef has been estimated by the Republic of Belarus, and the foreign trade balance has been calculated. The factors that will influence the demand of Belarusian consumers for meat products are determined in the future.
