Abstract: The influence of Lys-plasminogen on ADP induced aggregation of human platelets has been observed. It was shown, that exogenous Lys-plasminogen decreased platelet aggregation, making the main effect on the second wave of the process. DD-fragment of fibrin inhibited ADP-induced platelet aggregation and enhanced the inhibitory effect of Lys-plasminogen. The possible mechanisms of plasminogen effect have been discussed.
