| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается ставка рефинансирования, которая является основным инструментом денежно-кредитной политики. Приведена ее динамика в Республике Беларусь за период 2015-2018 гг., выявлены факторы, влияющие на величину ставки рефинансирования, определены тенденции изменения ставок кредитного рынка. |
| Description: | The article discusses the refinancing rate, which is the main instrument of monetary policy. Its dynamics in the Republic of Belarus for the period 2015-2018 is given, factors affecting the value of the refinancing rate are identified, and trends in the rates of the credit market are determined. |
