Abstract

The influence of cladribine on development and outcome ol EAE, and also on some morphological, biochemical and immunoiogical parameters of Guinea pigs was analyzed. The ability of cladribine to mediated trophic effects on sympathoblasts in vitro was estimated The treatment with cladribine has resulted in elongation of an incubation interval with 12±0,51 d in the control up to 18±2,28 d in experiment (P< 0,05), softening of gravity of the chronic form and augmentation of number of objects not showing attributes of a pathology, it rendered modulating action on parameters of the immune answer. In vitro cladribine (10 ng/ml) enhanced effects of NGF on cell - targets, elevating a surviving of neuroblasts and stimulating neuritogenesis. It stimulated production and secretion of the trophic agents trom neurones and non-neuronal cells of mature cultures of a neocortex, it Is possible NGF. It is supposed, that besides immunosuppresive effect, one of mechanisms of favourable influence of cladribine on EAE may be rising of enhansing of synthesis NGF by cells oi a neuroglia in vivo. However additional researches are necessaryfor the final conclusion.
