Abstract: В статье подчеркивается важность учета смены поколений, трансформации ценностной системы населения, учета сложных макроэкономических реалий, в которых функционируют предприятия на данном этапе. Сделана попытка сравнительного анализа основных элементов феноменов государственной идеологии и корпоративной культуры. Рассмотрена проблема замещения духовного вакуума на уровне производственных структур и организаций ресурсами корпоративной культуры.
Description: The article emphasizes the importance of considering the change of generations, the transformation of the value system of the population, taking into account the complex macroeconomic realities in which businesses operate at this stage. Attempted a comparative analysis of the main elements of the phenomena of state ideology and corporate culture. The problem of substitution spiritual vacuum at the level of production structures and organization of resources of corporate culture.
