Abstract: В статье авторы рассматривают теоретические и практические материалы, характеризующие физкультурно-спортивную деятельность по проблеме развития физических качеств и физической подготовленности в условиях функционирования учреждений образования.В новом тысячелетии широкий круг современных проблем развития физической культуры и спорта требует инновационных подходов, где образовательные инициативы здоровьесберегающего образовательного процесса и физкультурно-оздоровительной работы для школьников и студентов сталкиваются с противоречиями между социумом и личностью.
Description: In the article, the authors consider the theoretical and practical materials characterizing physical culture and sports activities on the problem of the development of physical qualities and physical fitness in the conditions of functioning of educational institutions. In the new millennium, a wide range of modern problems of development of physical culture and sports requires innovative approaches, where educational initiatives of a health-saving educational process and sports and recreational work for schoolchildren and students face contradictions between society and the individual.
