Abstract: В статье исследуется состояние внутреннего государственного долга Республики Беларусь. Предмет исследования – образование, финансирование и обслуживание внутреннего государственного долга Республики Беларусь. Государственный бюджет является важнейшим звеном системы финансов Республики Беларусь, и он тесно взаимосвязан со всеми звеньями финансовой системы страны. Большое место в работе занимает рассмотрение состояния внутреннего государственного долга. В данной статье определена форма и характер дефицита бюджета в Республике Беларусь.
Description: The article examines the state of the internal public debt of the Republic of Belarus. The subject of the study is education, financing and servicing of the internal public debt of the Republic of Belarus. The state budget is the most important link in the financial system of the Republic of Belarus, and it is closel y interconnected with all links in the financial system of the country. Considerable place in the work is the consideration of the state of domestic public debt. This article defines the form and nature of the budget deficit in the Republic of Belarus.
