Abstract: В статье рассмотрены основные элементы инновационной инфраструктуры и обоснована их роль в создании инноваций. Определена роль высших учебных заведений в создании национальной инновационной системы. Описаны механизм проведения стартап-мероприятий на базе высших учебных учреждений и их роль в формировании потенциала инновационного предпринимательства.
Description: The article deals with the basic elements of the innovation infrastructure and justifies their role in the creation of innovations. The role of higher educational institutions in the creation of a national innovation system is defined. The mechanism of start-up activities on the basis of higher education institutions and their role in the formation of innovative business potential are described.
