Informational law and regulation of informational security of the Russian society cannot be limited only by social-economy and militarypolitical methods. It is important to understand that moral factors influence actively the implementation of regulating impact and this fact corresponds to the security interests. In this connection individual-psychology methods shall be actively used in the society, in the future it will allow to effectuate interaction of social institutes, power and citizens more actively.ru
dc.description.abstractВоздействие государства на сферу безопасности необходимо рассматривать с учетом специфики функциональных особенностей и форм подачи информации, уровня развития в обществе коммуникационных технологий. Информационное право и регулирование информационной безопасности российского общества не могут ограничиваться только социально-экономическими и военно-политическими методами. Важно понять, что духовные факторы активно влияют на реализацию регулирующего воздействия и это соответствует интересам безопасности. В связи с этим в обществе должны более активно использоваться индивидуально-психологические методики, что в будущем позволит наиболее эффективно осуществлять взаимодействие социальных институтов, власти и граждан.ru
