| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается освоение элементов техники плавания девочками и мальчиками дошкольного возраста астенодигестивного, торакального и мышечного типов конституции. Изучение навыков плавания у исследуемых групп осуществлялось в различные сроки. Наиболее успешное освоение отдельных элементов техники и способов плавания выявлено у дошкольников мышечного типа конституции. |
| Description: | The article discusses the development of elements of the technique of swimming by girls and boys of preschool age of the astheno-digestive, thoracic and muscle types of the constitution. The study of swimming skills in the studied groups was carried out at different times. The most successful development of individual elements of technology and methods of swimming was revealed in preschool children of the muscular type of constitution. |
