Abstract: Данная статья о функциональной роли производных финансовых инструментов в эконо­мике как одном из регуляторов финансовых рисков, об их влиянии на привлечение иностранных и внутренних инвестиций в экономику. В работе приведены теоретические аспекты механизмов хеджирования финансовых рисков, международная и национальная практика в данной области функционирования экономики, проанализировано состояние белорусского срочного рынка на современном этапе. Определены возможные пути развития и совершен­ствования данного сегмента рынка.
Description: This article deals with the problem of functional role of derivative financial instruments which serve as one of the financial risks regulators in the economic system, as well as with the problem oftheir influence on attraction of foreign and domestic investments. The theoretical aspects of the mechanism of financial risks hedging are considered, international and national approaches in this sphere of economic system are shown, the present-day market situation in Belarus is analysed. The possible tendencies of the development of this market segment as well as the problems which should be solved are defined in the article.
