Abstract: В статье рассматривается отрицательная динамика уровня доверия общества к институтам финансово-кредитной системы, в том числе кредитным кооперати­вам, по ряду показателей в 2011 г. Приведен анализ развития системы кредитных потребительских кооперативов граждан (кредитных союзов) на основании фактиче­ских материалов Всемирного совета кредитных союзов (WOCCU). Предложено применение адекватных стратегических и тактических мер для улучшения ситуации.
Description: In the article the negative dynamics of the level of trust of society to the institutions of finance and credit system in a number of indicators in 2011 is viewed. The analysis of development of system of credit consumer cooperatives of citizens (credit union) on the basis of facts of World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) is given. The application of adequate strategic and tactical measures for improving the situation is suggested.
