Abstract: В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы развитие научного и научно-технического потенциалов Республики Беларусь. Проанализированы важнейшие составляющие научного и научно-технического потенциалов Республики Беларусь, характерные особенности их развития. Выявлены проблемы и причины, которые препятствуют развитию вышеупомянутых потенциалов. А также предложены решения проблем развития научного и научно-технического потенциалов Республики Беларусь и поставлены задачи для решения данных проблем.
Description: This article describes the problems of development of scientific and technical potential of the Republic of Belarus. In this article is analyzed the most important components of scientific and technical potential of the Republic of Belarus, the characteristic features of their development. The problems and causes that hinder the development of the above-mentioned capacities. And also provides solutions to problems of scientific and technical potential of the Republic of Belarus, and set targets for the solution of these problems.
