dc.descriptionThe paper contains the generalization, systematization and classification of the financial market elements applied in the academic and scholarly sources, as well as in regulations. The focus is made on the necessity of taking into account and observing the requirements of forming the EAEU common financial market. Consideration of financial market as a mechanism of investment transformation has enabled to make a new identification of characteristics pertaining to the budgetary, banking, and stock exchange sectors. Based on this, there was a suggested a three-sector model of the financial market from the perspective of strengthening its redistributive function and making the investment process more active. Provided is the evaluation of the current state of Belarus’s financial market based on the analysis of the structure of investments in the fixed assets. Determined are the development factors of Belarus’s financial market for the future prospect in the context of the established main directions of the investment policy for the period until 2030.ru
dc.description.abstractВ статье обобщены, систематизированы и классифицированы элементы финансового рынка, при-меняемые в учебной, научной литературе и нормативно-правовых актах. Акцентируется внимание на необходимости учета и соблюдения условий формирования общего финансового рынка ЕАЭС. Рассмотрение финансового рынка как механизма трансформации инвестиций позволило по-новому вы¬явить черты и охарактеризовать бюджетный, банковский и биржевой секторы. На этой основе предложена трехсекторная модель финансового рынка с позиций усиления его перераспределительной функции и активизации инвестиционного процесса. Приведена оценка современного состояния финансового рынка Беларуси по результатам анализа структуры инвестиций в основной капитал. Определены факторы развития финансового рынка Республики Беларусь на перспективу в связи с выделенными основными направлениями инвестиционной политики до 2030 г.ru
