dc.description.abstractПредставлены отдельные финансовые аспекты инвестиционной политики в Республике Беларусь, включая эффективность инвестиций в основной капитал, основные источники и направления их использования, применяемые финансовые инструменты и подходы по их трансформации. Основной акцент сделан на оценке проявившихся в условиях ухудшения внешнеторговой конъюнктуры последствий проводимой в предыдущие годы инвестиционной политики в ее более тесной увязке с макроэкономической и структурной, выявлении последних тенденций в динамике и эффективности инвестиций, структуре их формирования и использования, а также используемых механизмах и инструментах финансирования и кредитования инвестиций в рамках реализуемых в стране государственным программ.ru
