Abstract: В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты функционирования местных бюджетов, также проведен анализ финансового состояния местных бюджетов в Республике. С использованием методик различных авторов выявлен ряд проблем в исполнении местных бюджетов, а также предложены пути их решения.
Description: The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the functioning of local budgets, as well as the analysis of the financial condition of local budgets in the country. Using the methods of various authors, a number of problems in the implementation of local budgets are identified, as well as ways to solve them are proposed.
