| Abstract: | В данной статье рассматривается операционный риск в банковской сфере Республики Беларусь. Данный вид риска присущ всем процессам, сотрудникам, системам и внешним факторам. По сравнению с иными видами рисков возможность прогнозирования и оценка некоторых видов операционного риска ограничена. Предложены некоторые меры по минимизации данного вида риска. |
| Description: | In this article the operational risk in the bank sphere of Republic of Belarus is considered. This type of risk is inherent in all processes, employees, systems and external factors. In comparison with other types of risks the possibility of forecasting and assessment of some types of an operational risk is limited. Some measures for minimization of this type of risk are proposed. |
