Abstract: Статья посвящена вопросам совершенствования банковского надзора в Республике Беларусь. Путем анализа научной литературы и источников финансового права рассмотрены сущность и цели банковского надзора. На основе проведенного исследования в статье представлены и раскрыты основные направления совершенствования банковского надзора. В заключение приводится информация о том, какие перспективы развития ожидают банковский сектор в области регулирования и надзора .
Description: Article is devoted to questions of enhancement of banking supervision in Republic of Belarus. By the analysis of scientific literature and sources of the financial law the essence and the purposes of banking supervision are considered. On the basis of the conducted research in article the main directions of enhancement of banking supervision are provided and opened. Information on what prospects of development expect the banking sector in the field of regulation and supervision is in conclusion provided.
