Abstract: В статье раскрыты основные характеристики структуры личности медицинского работника, обозначена общая характеристика особенностей структуры личности медицинского работника, которая может быть применена к специалистам разных квалификаций.
Description: Professional training of health workers provides wide use of innovative technologies, which are based on the research of the personal factors influencing professional formation of pupils of medical colleges and adaptation of specialists of a health care system. Knowledge of the contents and the features of the structure of the identity of the health worker of an average link is a combination of structure of the identity of a biological and social components that allows to be guided better in the choice of specialization, a type of professional activity.
