Abstract: Внедрение в практику управления региональными пищевыми производствами технологий мониторинга бизнес-деятельности в реальном времени предполагает формирование нового взгляда на постановку целей организации и декомпозицию их (целей) применительно к отдельным транзакциям бизнес-процессов. В статье представлены результаты критического анализа возможности применения в новой области моделей и методик платежеспособности организаций, предложены методические подходы к целеполаганию в системах мониторинга пищевых производств на основе критериев доходности и риска.
Description: Technology of monitoring the business activity in the real time involves the formation of a new view at setting goals organization and their decomposition (targets) for individual transactions critical analysis of models and techniques of solvency new products and their applications. There are some new methodical approaches of setting goals at monitoring systems of food production on the basis of criteria risk and return presented in the article. Thus recommendation are devoted to the practice of management regional food business processes. In article either there are submitted findings of the practical research.
