dc.descriptionThe article discusses industrial organizations, relating that a greater level of competition is required as a pre-condition to monitoring their business activities. This is particularly relevant, the critique states, with respect to enterprises engaged in processing agricultural products. The latter, it continues, could be significantly affected by the risks tied to natural origin, which could have a major impact on the supply of raw materials, quality and cost characteristics. At this stage, the paper refocuses its attention on the expediency of an enterprise relying on a 'process-type approach' to monitor business activities. This sort of enterprise, the blueprint states, could engage in monitoring activities as part of a longer-term project to enhance its organizational development via re-assessment of the relationship that environmental factors currently play in monitoring activitiesru

Особенно ярко это проявляется в отношении предприятий, занятых переработкой сельскохозяйственной продукции, так как на них дополнительно оказывают влияние риски природного характера, оказывающие существенное воздействие на обеспеченность сырьем, его качество и ценовые характеристики. Авторами обоснована целесообразность использования процессного подхода к мониторингу бизнес-деятельности, раскрыты преимущества мониторинга для достижения целей организационного развития, дана оценка взаимосвязи факторов среды в системе мониторинга.ru
