Abstract: The holistic cyclic methodology of carrying organizational changes during the implementation of monitoring of business activity performed by an economic player is presented; Based on the contextual analysis of the characteristics of the new technology that induces organizational changes, the content of identification and realization phases of support of transformations in the type of organizational culture is defined. The implementation of the proposed methodology allows to take into account the cyclicity in operation of an economic player and on basis of the monitoring of business activities to implement a new management technology.
