| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается политика России и Австрии в отношении изменений государственного устройства Сербского княжества в период режима уставобранителей. Значительное внимание автор уделяет отношению России и Австрии к смене правящей династии, организации судебной системы и реформированию высшей власти Сербского княжества. В заключении сделан вывод о факторах, оказавших влияние на формирование политики держав в отношении реформирования государственного устройства Сербского княжества. |
| Description: | The article examines the policy of Russia and Austria in relation to changes in the state structure of the Serbian Principality during the regime of new recruits. The author pays considerable attention to the attitude of Russia and Austria to the change of the ruling dynasty, the organization of the judicial system, and the reform of the Supreme power of the Serbian Principality. In conclusion, it is concluded about the factors that influenced the formation of the policy of the powers in relation to the reform of the state structure of the Serbian Principality. |
