| Abstract: | В статье анализируется деятельность военно-судебных учреждений Русской императорской армии на территории Беларуси в годы Первой мировой войны. Предметом анализа выступают правовые основы этой деятельности, данные о штатном составе и архивные материалы, содержащие сведения об уголовных делах в отношении военнослужащих, а также воспоминания военных юристов начала прошлого века, что представляет несомненный интерес для изучения данных аспектов отечественной военной истории. |
| Description: | The article analyzes the activities of the military judicial institutions of the Russian Imperial Army on the territory of Belarus during the First World War. The subject of analysis is the legal basis of this activity, data on the staffing and archival materials containing information about criminal cases against military personnel, as well as the memoirs of military lawyers at the beginning of the last century, which is of undoubted interest for the study of this aspects of native military history. |
