| Abstract: | В данной статье рассматривается проблематика работы великого вального сейма в первой трети XVI века в двух направлениях: 1) организация шляхетского ополчения; 2) сбор чрезвычайных средств на нужды обороны. Также в статье раскрываются внутренние и внешние факторы, которые влияли на принятие тех или иных решений. При этом показывается эффективность принятых мер на практике. Данная статья изложена по проблемному принципу. Целью данной статьи является изучение постановлений сеймов первой трети XVI века с учетов внешних и внутренних обстоятельсв. Для достижения цели следует выполнить следующие задачи: 1) показать внутренне и внешнее положение Великого Княжества Литовского в первой трети XVI века; 2) проанализировать постановления сеймов, которые затрагивали проблематику «земской» обороны; 3) проанализировать постановления сеймов, относящихся к утверждению чрезвычайных налогов. |
| Description: | The article examines two directions of the General Diet’s work in the first third of the 16th century: 1) the organization of the nobility militia; 2) collection of emergency funds for defense needs. The article also reveals internal and external factors that could influence the adoption of certain decisions. It shows the (in)effectiveness of the measures taken in practice. The article is presented on a problematic basis. The aim of the article is to study the decisions of the first third of the 16th century Diets taking into account external and internal factors. To achieve the aim, the following tasks should be completed: 1) to show the internal and external position of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the first third of the 16th century; 2) to analyze the constitutions of the Diets, which touched upon the problems of state defense; 3) to analyze the decisions of the Diets concerning the approval of emergency taxes. |
