Abstract: На основе нуклеотидных последовательностей баркодинг-региона COIразработаны ПЦР-ПДРФ-ключи для идентификации тлей A. pomi / A. spiraecolaфауны Беларуси, собранных с разных кормовых растений. Был уточнен перечень кормовых растений A. pomi / A. spiraecolaв условиях Беларуси.
Description: PCR-RFLP keys based on COIbarcode region for the identification of A. pomi / A. spiraecolasamples collected from different host-plants in Belarus were developed. The list of A. pomi / A. spiraecolafodder plants in the Belaru-sian conditions has been updated.
