dc.description.abstractWithin the framework of the present study, we deciphered the nucleotide sequences of the EF1α gene for some aphids of Belarus, and estimated the similarity / difference between the nucleotide sequences of this gene in aphids collected in Belarus and in geographically remote areas. Sequences obtained as a result of sequencing in 2015 for 7 species of aphids typical of the fauna of Belarus in 2015. We used in the work ef 1-a sequences of the following aphids: Anoeciacorni Fabricius, 1775, Drepanosiphumplatanoides Schrank, 1801, Hyalopteruspruni Geoffroy, 1762, Lachnus spp., Periphyllusaceris Linnaeus, 1761, Siphamaydis Passerini, 1860, Uroleuconhypochoeridis Fabricius, 1779, as well as sequences presented in GenBank NCBI for aphid species belonging to the same genus.ru
