Сопоставление требований к двигательным способностям, предъявляемых в конкретном виде спорта, и наследственной предрасположенности спортсмена к развитию определенных физических качеств позволяет более рационально и целенаправленно организовать тренировку на определенном этапе становления спортивного мастерства.ru
