Abstract: The aim of this work was studying of the distribution of NADFH-d/СNO - positive nervous cells in brain with fishes and Amphibia such as representatives of anamnes and with birds and mammals such as representatives. The increasing number of NO-synthesizing nervous cells in intermediate brain is observed.
