dc.descriptionThe article addresses the problematic issues of the evolution of the institutional organization of modern institutions of higher education in the Republic of Belarus in the conditions of digitalization of society. The author considered the main factors determining the process of qualitative change of the university 3.0 model in a changing educational space. Social aspects of the powerful dynamics of integration of information and communication technologies and the latest innovative technical solutions in the field of education in their deterministic relation to modernization changes in modern society are highlighted. The problems of the issues studied in the article reveal the peculiarity of qualitative changes in the development of the institutional organization of higher education institutions and represent an important direction of modern scientific reflection, which allows using the author's analytical findings in promising studies on this topic.ru
dc.description.abstractВ статье рассматриваются проблемные вопросы эволюционирования институциональной организации современных учреждений высшего образования в Республике Беларусь в условиях цифровизации общества. Автором рассмотрены основные факторы, определяющие процесс качественного изменения модели университета 3.0 в изменяющемся образовательном пространстве. Выделены социальные аспекты мощной динамики интеграции информационно-коммуникационных технологий и новейших иновационных технических решений в сфере образования в их детерминированности по отношению к модернизационным изменениям в современном социуме. Проблематика исследуемых в статье вопросов раскрывает своеобразие качественных изменений в развитии институциональной организации учреждений высшего образования и представляет важное направление современной научной рефлексии, что позволяет использовать аналитические выводы автора в перспективных исследованиях по данной тематике.ru
