Abstract: Целью данной работы явилось изучение распределения НАДФН-д/СNO –позитивных нервных клеток в головном мозге у рыб и земноводных (как представителей анамний) и у птиц и млекопитающих (как представителей амниот). Установлено, что в процессе филогенеза параллельно с усложнением и совершенствованием нервной системы и, как следствие, приспособлением к условиям окружающей среды наблюдается увеличение числа NO-синтезирующих нервных клеток в промежуточном мозге.
Description: The aim of this work was studying of the distribution of NADFH-d/СNO – positive nervous cells in brain with fishes and Amphibia such as representatives of anamnes and with birds and mammals such as representatives of amniots. It has been positioned that in the process of phylogenesis parallel with complication and perfection of nervous system and as consequence the adaptation to the environment, it is observed increasing of numbers NO-synthesizing nervous cells in intermediate brain.
