dc.description.abstractAt introduction in vitro stage the results of the comparative analysis of regenerating activity of high-bush blueberry explants on modified nutrient mediums ‘WPM' and ‘Anderson' are resulted. The method of the guaranteed introduction and stabilization in culture in vitro for almost any of high-bush blueberry cultivars within 8–10 weeks is offered. The method is based on cultivation of ex plants after sterilization on the modified nutrient medium of ‘Anderson' containing 1.00 mg/l of zeatin, 0.75 mg/l of 24-epibrassinolid, and also the raised concentration of copper sulfate (in 10 times, 0.25 mg/l of CuSO4·5H2O) and cobalt chloride (in 2 times, 0.05 mg/l CoCl2·6H2O) that, on the average, lead to an exit of 65.07 % of sterile, actively regenerated in vitro explants, keeping regenerating activity in vitro after a passage.ru
