In article the analysis of the scientific and technical literature which has shown is carried out, that now world rates of growth of volumes of manufacture of high yield fibrous semiproduct much more advance those in cellulose manufacture that is connected with expansion of area of their application. Broughted categorization of high yield fibrous semiproduct. They are considered particularity of ultrastructure of wood fibers and fractional structure of high yield fibrous semiproduct. It is shown that one of the perspective type high yield fibrous semiproduct is HTMM.
