| Abstract: | Одной из важнейших задач практического здравоохранения является качественное оказание медицинской помощи, которое зависит от уровня профессиональной подготовки специалистов. Приступив к самостоятельной трудовой деятельности, молодые специалисты испытывают трудности в процессе профессиональной адаптации. Анализ проблем профессиональной адаптации медицинских работников со средним образованием показал, что большая часть этих проблем находится в сфере профессионального общения. Перспективное направление решения проблемы профессиональной адаптации выпускников - формирование умений профессионального общения учащихся еще при обучении в медицинском колледже. |
| Description: | One of the most important problems of practical health care is high-quality rendering medical care which depends from a level of professional training of experts. Having started independent labor activity, young specialists are exposed to a number of difficulties in the course of professional adaptation. The analysis of problems of professional adaptation of medical workers with secondary education showed that the most part of these problems is in the sphere of professional communication. One of the perspective directions of a solution of the problem of professional adaptation of graduates of medical colleges is formation of skill of professional communication of pupils already during training in medical college. |
