Abstract: У большинства инфицированных SARS-CoV–2 клиническое течение заболевания определяется чрезмерной реакцией иммунной системы с выбросом несбалансированного количества провоспалительных цитокинов и развитием коагулопатии. Медикаментозная терапия COVID-19 носит неспецифический характер и во многих случаях не является эффективной. В связи с этим перспективным и эффективным компонентом лечения и медицинской реабилитации при COVID-19 может стать использование технологий физиотерапии, основанных на воздействии физическими факторами на кровь – гемофизиотерапия.
Description: In the majority of patients infected with SARS-CoV-2, the clinical course of the disease is defined by an overreaction of the immune system with the release of unbalanced amounts of pro-inflammatory cytokines and the development of coagulopathy. COVID-19 pharmacological therapy is nonspecific and in many cases is not effective. In this regard, the use of physiotherapy techniques based on the effects of physical factors on the blood - haemophysiotherapy - can be a promising and effective component of treatment and medical rehabilitation for COVID-19.
