Abstract: По социально-экономическому ущербу, влиянию на качество жизни пациентов бронхиальная астма вышла на одно из первых мест среди болезней человека [2, 4, 5, 7]. В условиях экологического неблагополучия у детей отмечается более ранняя манифестация и утяжеление течения бронхиальной астмы, рост инвалидизирующих ее форм [2, 3]. В данной статье проведём анализ клинико-иммунологических особенностей современного течения бронхиальной астмы у детей дошкольного возраста в зависимости от спектра сенсибилизации.
Description: Due to socioeconomic damage, impact on the quality of life of patients, bronchial asthma has become one of the first places among human diseases [2, 4, 5, 7]. In conditions of ecological trouble, children experience an earlier manifestation and weighting of the course of bronchial asthma, an increase in disabling forms [2, 3]. In this article, we will analyze the clinical and immunological features of the current course of bronchial asthma in preschool children, depending on the spectrum of sensitization.
