| Abstract: | Достижение эколого-экономической устойчивости регионов является необходимым условием сохранения целостности Республики Беларусь и снижения вероятности социальных, национальных, политических и демографических катаклизмов. Практически любое нарушение экологического равновесия, явившееся следствием хозяйственной деятельности, изначально возникает в рамках региона. Недостаточность научных разработок в сфере регулирования и стимулирования природоохранной деятельности, сохраняющая масштабы техногенного и антропогенного воздействия на окружающую среду, оказывает существенное негативное влияние на экологическую обстановку, общий экономический рост. Это обусловливает необходимость разработки действенных механизмов регулирования природоохранной сферы. В работе предлагается организационно-экономического механизма рационального природопользования, создание которого включает в себя методы, способы и формы регулирования природопользования, что, в конечном счете, может явиться переходом к зеленой экономике. |
| Description: | Achieving ecological and economic sustainability of the regions is essential to preserving the integrity of the Republic of Belarus and decrease the probability of social, national, political and demographic disasters. Almost any ecological imbalance resulting from economic activity initially occurs within the region. Insufficiency of scientific developments in the field of regulation and stimulation of environmental activity, preserving the scale of the technogenic and anthropogenic impact on the environment, has a significant negative impact on the environment, overall economic growth. This leads to the development of efficient mechanisms of regulation of environmental protection. The paper proposes the creation of organizational-economic mechanism, which includes methods, techniques, and forms of regulation of environmental management, which, ultimately, may be the transition to a green economy. |
