| Abstract: | Цель. Определить в динамике состояние качества жизни (КЖ) у детей и подростков с хроническими заболеваниями верхних отделов пищеварительного тракта. Пациенты и методы. С помощью опросника PedsQL 4.0 изучалось КЖ у 116 детей и подростков от 12 до 18 лет с рефлюкс-эзофагитом (РЭ) с последующей его динамической оценкой у 56 пациентов в ремиссии через 6-48 мес. Для сравнения определяли КЖ у 232 респондентов без гастроэнтерологических жалоб и 42 пациентов с хроническим гастритом, сопоставимых по возрасту и полу. Результаты. КЖ было значительно ниже при хроническом гастрите и в меньшей степени РЭ, чем у детей и подростков без жалоб. В ремиссии КЖ пациентов с РЭ улучшается, однако не достигает показателей здоровых респондентов. С увеличением длительности РЭ показатели КЖ снижаются, при этом темпы снижения со временем замедляются. Заключение. Снижение КЖ у детей и подростков с хроническим гастритом и РЭ требует учета индивидуального восприятия болезни в лечебной тактике и динамическом наблюдении. |
| Description: | The objective. To determine dynamically the quality of life (QL) in children and adolescents with chronic diseases of the upper digestive tract. Patients and methods. The questionnaire PedsQL 4.0 was used to study QL in 116 children and adolescents from 12 to 18 years with reflux-esophagitis (RE) with its subsequent dynamic evaluation in 56 patients in remission 6-48 months later. For comparison, QL was determined in 232 respondents without gastroenterological complaints and in 42 patients with chronic gastritis comparable by age and gender. Results. QL was considerably lower in chronic gastritis and lower to a lesser degree in RE than in children and adolescents without complaints. During remission, QL of patients with RE improves, however does not achieve the values of healthy respondents. With an increase of the duration of RE the values of QL decrease, the rates of decrease decelerating with the lapse of time. Conclusion. A decreased QL in children and adolescents with chronic gastritis and RE necessitates taking into account individual perception of disease in therapeutic tactics and dynamic observation. |
