Abstract: The purpose of the given work was studying influence of NO synthase inhibitor, entered in perinatal period, on consumption of oxygen and rectal temperature at chickens, as parameters of functional maturity NO-ergic system. Functional maturing of the NO-dependent mechanisms participating in thermoregulation is completed during chicken’s ontogenesis to the 14th day.
