Abstract: В статье авторы рассматривают технологии развития физических качеств средствами базовых видов физкультурно-спортивной деятельности в процессе функционирования физического воспитания в учреждениях образования, характер построение учебного процесса и внеклассной деятельности отражают инновационный характер применяемых методик в зависимости от материально-технических возможностей для проведения работы с исследуемым контингентом.
Description: In the article, the authors consider the technologies for the development of physical qualities by means of basic types of physical culture and sports activity in the process of functioning of physical education in educational institutions, the nature of the construction of the educational process and extracurricular activities reflect the innovative nature of the methods used, depending on the material and technical capabilities for working with the studied contingent.
