| Abstract: | В статье исследуются направления расширения функционирования цифровых технологий в банковском секторе, акцент делается на обосновании необходимости описания и оптимизации бизнес-процессов, поддержки их в актуальном состоянии с целью повышения операционной и стратегической эффективности банка, что способствует прибыльности и повышению инклюзивности банков в условиях цифровой экономики. Обоснована необходимость внедрения и активного применения банковских инноваций в цифровой экономике посредством развития технологии бизнес-инжиниринга. |
| Description: | The article examines the directions of expanding the functioning of digital technologies in the banking sector, the emphasis is on justifying the need to describe and optimize business processes, to keep them up to date in order to increase the operational and strategic efficiency of the bank, which contributes to the profitability and increased inclusiveness of banks in conditions of the digital economy. The necessity of introducing and actively applying banking innovations in the digital economy through the development of business engineering technology has been substantiated. |
