dc.descriptionThe battles near the Berezina River are the most important in the war of 1812, and the battle near the right bank became decisive and especially important in terms of the tactics and strategy of the retreat of Napoleon's army. The 3rd cavalry division under Dumerk played a huge role in keeping the soldiers of the Grand Army in their position. The cuirassiers were able not only to hold the line of defense, but also to go on the counterattack, thereby raising the morale of other soldiers and providing time for the retreat of Napoleon's Great Army. With their combat prowess, the Dumerk cavalrymen entered history along with other great military figures of the battle of November 28-29, 1812.ru
dc.description.abstractСражения у реки Березины являются важнейшими в войне 1812 года, а битва у правого берега стала определяющей и особенно значимой с точки зрения тактики и стратегии отступления армии Наполеона. 3-й кавалерийский дивизион под командованием Думерка сыграл огромную роль в сохранении солдатами Великой армии их позиции. Кирасиры смогли не только удержать линию обороны, но и перейти в контратаку, тем самым подняв боевых дух других солдат и обеспечив время для отступления Великой армии Наполеона. Своей боевой доблестью кавалеристы Думерка вписали себя в историю наряду с другими великими военными деятелями битвы 28-29 ноября 1812 года.ru
