| Abstract: | Цель – оценить возможность использования регионального темпа жизни в системе регионального управления Республики Беларусь. Материалы и методы. Исследование проведено на основании информационной базы данных Национального статистического комитета Республики Беларусь, статистического управления Европейского Союза; статистических ресурсов ОЭСР; статистических данных ООН. Оценка регионального темпа жизни проводилась с помощью авторской методики. Применялись эконометрические методы, факторного и ретроспективного анализа. Результаты. Дана экономическая оценка регионального темпа жизни Республики Беларусь в 1998-2019гг. Выделены информационная и физическая компоненты показателя. Проведено сравнение с мировыми тенденциями. На основании формализованных зависимостей смоделированы возможные сценарии развития региона. Заключение. Обоснована возможность использования регионального темпа жизни в качестве нового элемента системы регионального развития Республики Беларусь. Смоделированные на его основе сценарии формируют модернизированное направление регионального развития. |
| Description: | The goal is to evaluate the possibility of using the regional pace of life in the regional management system of the Republic of Belarus. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the information database of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Statistical Office of the European Union; statistical resources of the OECD; statistical data of the United Nations. The assessment of the regional pace of life was carried out using the author's methodology. Econometric methods, factorial and retrospective analysis were used. Results. The economic assessment of the regional pace of life of the Republic of Belarus in 1998-2019 is given. The informational and physical components of the indicator are highlighted. A comparison with global trends has been made. On the basis of formalized dependencies, possible scenarios for the development of the region are modeled. Conclusion. The possibility of using the regional pace of life as a new element of the system of regional development of the Republic of Belarus is substantiated. The scenarios modeled on its basis form a modernized direction of regional development. |
